We're Passing the Text at Kashless.org

Kashless is moving to a premium text notification service. Now you can receive real time alerts on your mobile phone each time an item from your saved search results is posted.

Text notification assures reliable, effective delivery of saved search results. Text alerts will arrive instantaneously, and before email alerts, so that you can act quickly on the free things you want. Never again will you be tied to the refresh button on your computer when seeking out a certain item.

Premium Texting FAQ

1. How does Kashless's Premium Text Notification Service Work?

One of the many features on Kashless.org that sets us a part is our members' ability to save searches. This means that we will continuously scan our online free market for you, seek out the free items you want and let you know when those items are posted. If you sign up for premium text notifications, you will be notified by text message when items you're looking for are posted on Kashless or any other online free marketplace we service.

2. Why would I want to recieve notifications by text?

Everybody likes free stuff. I mean hey - it's FREE. So when a great item is posted on the site, it goes fast! Receiving text message alerts when items you're after are posted helps ensure that you'll be one of the first to respond to that item, and hopefully the one who walks home with it by the end of the day. You'll even be alerted before members who receive email notifications.

3. How much does premium texting cost?

SMS alerts are 10 cents (Kash) a piece. Kashless will deduct text charges daily from a pre-paid Kash account. With Kashless's premium text notification service you will never have to worry running up a bill. Once your account balance is nearing zero we will notify you. (This Kash account can also be used toward shipping or any premium services which may be added to Kashless.org in the future.)

4. Will my existing saved searches stop working?

Your saved searches are all still there. But you will have to add funds to your "kash" account to get them delivered via text. Take advantage of the free 20 text message promotion to

5. I thought you had text message notifications before, what is new?

We were using a free gateway to deliver the text messages during the Alpha. While this service didn't cost any money, it proved unreliable, delivery was slow and sometimes text messages were never delivered at all. With our new gateway we have to pay to deliver each message, but are given guarantees on delivery, performance, and access to all cellular networks. While the new service costs actual money, you can be assured you will get the messages and be among the first to know about the free items you are looking for.
